ADA accessibility compliance

Swim Thick welcomes everyone!
Swim Thick is dedicated to ensuring all venues all offer ADA-compliant accessibility services, including elevator and ramp access, accessible restrooms, and designated parking spaces.
We encourage guests with mobility disabilities to utilize personal forms of transportation, including wheelchairs, scooters, crutches, walkers, and canes.
Please note: Swim Thick does not offer rental mobility devices onsite.
We are dedicated to continually improving our efforts to ensure attendees have access to all goods and services.
-
It is not acceptable to fake or exaggerate a disability to gain access to disability accommodations. Our Accessibility department has finite resources and needs to focus these resources on helping those who legitimately require assistance.
-
Any available venue seating is available on a first come, first serve basis, however we encourage all guests to utilize mobility devices to ensure an enjoyable experience.
-
Each contracted venue has designated Accessibility Parking lots, available for attendees with a valid Disabled Person Parking placard, permit or license plate, as well as the applicable proof that it belongs to them. Accessible Parking in these spaces is available on a first come, first serve basis.

If you need to recharge your motorized mobility device or other medical equipment, you may do so at the Accessibility Services Hub located near venue check in.
Please bring all cords and accessories needed to charge your devices.
Chargers must use a 110-volt, 20 amp circuit.
Swim Thick will not be providing wheelchair or scooter rentals.
