    • EARLY ARRIVAL IS ADVISED.

    • SWIM THICK IS A 21+ EVENT.

    • VALID ID IS REQUIRED FOR PURCHASE AND PICKUP.​

  • PLEASE BE ADVISED:

    • Once wristbands are applied, they cannot be loosened.

    • IDs are required for wristband purchase and pick up, this is a 21+ event.

      Please Note, CA DMV Wallet Mobile Driver’s license will not be accepted.

    • Wristbands will be applied and activated by Ticketing staff.

    • Wristbands are to be treated like cash, if your wristband is lost or stolen we will not replace it. You will be required to purchase a new pass, if available.

    • Please do not cut, tamper, or remove your wristband during your Swim Thick experience. It is your admission pass into Swim Thick events.

    • Tampered wristbands are not valid for entry, you will be required to purchase a new pass, if available.

    • Must be 21 years or older.

    • NO GLASS, OUTSIDE FOOD & BEVERAGE ALLOWED ON THE POOL DECK.

    • Please adhere to Swim Thick guidelines, staff and safety personnel’s direction. 

    • No smoking allowed on the pool deck. This includes cigarettes, cigars, cigarillos, vapes, and e-cigs are not permitted, subject to management discretion.  

    • ALL PERSONS AND BAGS WILL BE SEARCHED upon entry. Please review the ‘Allowed Items’ section of our guide for further details.

    POOL AREA DRESS CODE

    Swim Thick supports your right to adorn your body with art and expression, however, public venue management does reserve the right to decline entry, or remove after entry, any guest with excessive or offensive attire. Please review the following:

    • Proper, fashionable beach club attire is required.

    • Jeans, pants, excessively torn or cut–off clothing, excessive baggy clothing, offensive prints on clothing, pasties, and see–through bathing suits are prohibited. 

    PLEASE BE ADVISED 

    Foam and Water cannons may be in use at Swim Thick Events.

    Canons will release pressured water across the pool deck into pool areas. Canons may cause loud noises and the exposed pool deck area may get wet.

    Swim Thick is not responsible for damaged personal belongings.

  • Swim Thick is committed to creating a safe experience for its guests, staff, and venue property.

    EXPECTATIONS

    • Please be respectful of hotel, venue, and property and all its staff.

    • No smoking in the room or throughout any of Swim Thick hotel partners.

    • No outside food or beverage will be permitted at the events.

    • Most importantly, be safe, have fun and wear sunscreen!

    ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY 

    • All personal items will be searched.  

    • Guests who are noticeably intoxicated or under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance will be denied entry.

    • Weapons (any item that may be used to cause bodily harm), controlled substances, eye drops/nasal sprays, gum/mints/breath strips, vitamins/supplements, over–the–counter medications, prescription medication in excess of a daily dose (must have valid ID to verify ownership of prescription), GoPros, professional cameras or video equipment, any other wearable technology, laptops, selfie–sticks, speakers, colognes/perfumes, and party props are prohibited.

    • Staff reserves the right to make the final decision on any restricted item to ensure the safety of all guests. 

    • Guests who do not follow Pool policy may be asked to leave the venue. 

    This is not an all-inclusive list and Management reserves all rights. Changes can and will be made on a case-by-case basis. 

    Thank you for your cooperation as we ensure this is a fun and safe area for all of our guests. 

    ACTIONS THAT WILL GET YOU REMOVED FROM EVENTS

    Any individual participating in the following behavior may be IMMEDIATELY removed from the site and Swim Thick Wristband revoked. No refund will be issued if ejected.

    • Irresponsible use of alcohol.

    • Public nudity.

    • Possession/use/sale of illegal drugs.

    • Urinating in public (anywhere other than a proper restroom).

    • Fighting or engaging in any action that may harm, endanger, threaten or bring discomfort to anyone.

    • Damage, destruction, vandalism or theft of any property.

    • When there is no fire or emergency, falsely pulling any fire alarm is strictly prohibited. This offense is subject to an immediate removal and permanent ban from the event and is a misdemeanor punishable by up to one year in jail and/or up to $1,000 in criminal fines.

    NOTICE OF FILMING

    These events may be occasionally used to photograph, and record video and film footage in connection with the promotional and publicity campaigns of Swim Thick. By your presence in these events, you acknowledge that you have been informed that you may be photographed or recorded. 

    Furthermore, by your presence here, you grant permission for your likeness to be included therein without compensation, credit, or other consideration. Additionally, live streaming of events on various social media platforms may occur.

    • NO BACKPACKS, PURSES OR BAGS ARE ALLOWED TO BE BROUGHT INTO THE VENUE, EXCEPT FOR THE FOLLOWING

      • BAGS THAT ARE CLEAR PLASTIC, VINYL OR PVC AND DO NOT EXCEED 14” X 11” X 5.” 

      • SMALL CLUTCH BAGS, APPROXIMATELY THE SIZE OF A HAND (AND THAT DO NOT EXCEED 4.5" X 6.5”) 

      • FANNY PACKS (CLEAR)

      • DRAWSTRING BOOK BAGS 

      PLEASE NOTE: IRIDESCENT, COLOR-TINTED, AND OPALESCENT BAGS ARE NOT ALLOWED; THEY MUST BE CLEAR.

    • Mace or Pepper Spray

    • Selfie Sticks, Go Pros Sticks or Tripods OR Professional Camera Equipment

    • Drones 

    •  iPads or Tablets

    • Unauthorized solicitation materials (flyers, samples)

    • Pool Floats

  • Security and safety are of utmost importance. Swim Thick works directly with law enforcement and public safety agencies to permit and help ensure the safety of our events.  Some of the security measures you will notice upon your arrival, such as bag checks and detection devices.

    If you, or a guest, require medical assistance please locate and alert a staff member.

    If you see something, say something. This keeps everyone safe, returning every year!
