By submitting A transfer you confirm you are the original purchaser, that the information provided is accurate, and you accept these transfer terms. If you are not the original purchaser, your transfer will not be initiated and will result in fee forfeiture, NO EXCEPTIONS.
TICKET EXCHANGE POLICY
THIS policy explains how a ticket purchaser may transfer their ticket(s) to another person. It describes eligibility, requirements, deadlines, responsibilities, and the transfer process. All transfers must comply with event-specific rules and applicable laws.

Only the original purchaser (the name on the order and/or the payment method used) may initiate a transfer.
Transfers are allowed only for passes that are transferable under the event’s terms. Some tickets (e.g., Restricted, or non-transferable tickets) may be excluded.
All ticket transfers are subject to venue capacity, Swim Thick approval, and local laws.

Confirm tickets are eligible for transfer.
Have purchaser and recipient full names, emails, and phone numbers ready.
Know the order number and ticket details.
Be prepared to pay any transfer fees.
Please allow for 24 - 48 hours for transfer to be completed and received by recipient.

Complete the transfer form below with accurate information for both the purchaser and the recipient.
Confirm which ticket(s) you are transferring (ticket type and quantity).
Review and accept the terms and any applicable fees.
Submit the form and complete transfer fee payment. You will then receive a confirmation email once your request has been received.
After review, tickets will be reissued in the recipient’s name or transferred to their account.
Please allow for 24 - 48 hours for transfer to be completed and received by recipient.

A transfer processing fee of $10 will apply per ticket. The purchaser is responsible for all fees unless otherwise stipulated.
If the original purchaser chooses to charge the recipient a fee, any payment between purchaser and recipient is separate from official processing fees and is the parties’ responsibility.

Transfers must be completed before the event’s stated transfer deadline. The transfer deadline is the earlier of June 1st, 2026:
The time indicated on your ticketing account or confirmation
Transfers attempted after the deadline may be denied and may forfeit any transfer fees.

The recipient may need to create or log in to a ticketing account to accept passes.
The recipient must accept the transfer within the time window stated in the transfer email; if they do not, the transfer may be canceled or reverted to the purchaser.
Some transfers may require identity verification at the time of acceptance or at event entry.

All transfers are subject to Swim Thick event terms and conditions.
The purchaser remains responsible for all charges and fees related to the original purchase until the transfer is complete and accepted.
The purchaser and recipient are responsible for any payments made between themselves. The ticketing platform or organizer is not responsible for disputes over private payments.
Lost, stolen, or fraudulent transfers should be reported immediately. Once a ticket is accepted and transferred, the purchaser may not be able to cancel or reverse the transfer.

Transferred tickets are subject to the same refund and cancellation policies as originally purchased tickets.
If the event is canceled, rescheduled, or materially changed, refunds and remedies will be handled per the event’s official announcements and terms.

Transfers intended to circumvent ticket limits, scalping laws, or event restrictions are prohibited.
Any fraudulent or abusive transfer activity may result in ticket cancellation, account suspension, and legal action.

For assistance completing the transfer form, questions about fees, or transfer problems, contact ticketing support provided in your ticketing account or confirmation email. Include your order number and details of the issue.

Personal information provided on the transfer form will be used to process the transfer and may be shared with the event organizer, venue, and ticketing platform as required.
By completing the transfer form, you authorize necessary communications to purchaser and recipient regarding the transfer.
